Anushia Garcia-Stewart is the owner and head chef behind “Anushia’s Kitchen,” a catering company that has been growing since 2018. She is an experienced graduate of the Culinary Arts program at George Brown College. Before the introduction of this business, Chef Anushia managed her own cook shop in Jamaica then later on she gained significant experience working at some of the best restaurants in Toronto, Canada. She has worked at popular spots such as Joey’s and Terre Rouge and gained professional experience under the guidance of trail blazers in the restaurant industry such as Chef Liu.
